Daren Black is an Ayurvedic healer, holistic health educator, and Yoga exponent. He has been working with daily meditation, yoga, mantras, herbs, oils and holistic health for over 47 years.

After several bicycle and car accidents, Daren was left with chronic debilitating pain. Fighting multiple simultaneous illnesses, including brain injury, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hypoglycemia, candida, chronic fatigue, allergies, and parasitic infections, Daren hit bottom in 1987. 

Disgusted by doctors' orders to eat meat every 3 hours and sick of being hungry, in pain and tired all the time, Daren pursued multiple avenues of healing. Daren's life was transformed by intensive use of yogic breathing practices, mantras, implementation of ayurvedic principles and lifestyle changes, careful consumption of herbs, and large doses of Divine Grace.

Daren credits spiritual and humanitarian leader, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar with saving his life. Today, Gurudev’s graceful energy pervades Daren's life, especially the work Daren does in service to his clients.
