Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

Clients must inform us at least 24-48 hours before their appointment to avoid fees. Sufficient cancellation notice allows us to offer your time to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment must pay $200 cancellation fee.

Last Minute Cancellations

Any cancellation of an appointment less than 2 hours before the appointment is considered last minute. Last minute cancellations are responsible for $220 fee.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notification will be responsible for $220 charge.
